catering

I am a chef/caterer who wishes at times, she had just opened up a restaurant instead.....where people come to you to be fed. I have to believe it is much easier but of course with alot of the same stresses. Anyway, I am almost retired but fearing I will have too much time on my hands with just a few very special parties, I thought it might help to do all my planning on a blog. Thereby, hopefully, being helpful perhaps to someone who is intimidated or afraid to cook or entertain with ease. I hope it works for all of us.
